Energy Saving -
Pressure washing is the only way to prepare a roof for coating. The units we use are either diesel or petrol driven and the pressure can be adjusted to suit the roof
tile type. We also may use a rotary washer or a hot washer again dependant on the tile type.

The roof will be drench washed with biocide after cleaning. This is necessary as moss is spore forming so any spores that remain will be eliminated.
Process
Roof windows vents chimneys etc are masked up to avoid over spray on to these surfaces. Then two coats of Thermal coating is applied to the roof in the colour of your choice. Dependant on the roof tile a primer may be used.
Thermal coating is applied to the roof in the colour of your choice giving your roof that New Look Appearance again. The process takes approximately 2/3 days dependant on roof size and tile type. To see more example click on the more button.
We will hap around the perimeter of the property covering conservatories or any other out buildings that may be covered in debris. All down pipes are fitted with filters to stop the moss but allow the water to flow down the pipes. We may also erect ladder staging systems or scaffold towers.
